Rhizobium vs. T. Pallidum Genomes

As we discussed in class, T. Pallidum has a DNA sequence about 1 million base pairs long. The size of Rhizobia's chromosome is, in the instances that I found, bigger than T. Pallidum but varies depending on whether the genes for nitrogen-fixation are a part of the bacteria's chromosome or a plasmid.
