Nail polish had a ring around it indicating a mutation

Positive & negative control, liquid soap, and old English scratch hand no ring

Nothing grew on T4 plate that had E.coli on it-> T4 killed E.coli bacteria.

Results
We put 0.2mL of broth on each GMSA plate and had 640,000,000 bacteria in each milliliter of broth.

Most bacteria can make histadine.
